1. How do I save the menu that I have just created?

You can export the menu to a file from the main window. This option is available from the context menu ( right click on a menu node ) or from the main menu. You can later Import a menu from either the context menu or the main menu,

There are several ways to take make there are no invalid entries:

4. How do I prevent invalid entries from being added to the menu?

If you don't care if items become invalid and simply don't wish to see the items, uncheck 'Add items...' from the Menu tab in the Options dialog. 

5. How do I remove any custom commands like 'New' and 'Run' from the menu?

You can remove those commands from menu from the Windows tab in the Options dialog. 

6. How do I play a music file when I run an item from the menu?

You can set a default music setting for new items that you add. Open the Option dialog and select the General tab. 

7. How do I play a different music file for every item?

You can further custom your menu items and have every item play a different music when selected. Select this option from the right pane in the main window .

8. How do I change the way the mouse interacts with the FastOpen tray icon?

If you wish to assign custom commands to mouse events, you can do so from the Options dialogs, Mouse tab. You can even your own commands. 

9. How do I open a DOS window instead of a folder when I select it from the menu?

Several key combinations can be used when selecting a folder from the menu:
